You tried to uninstall Exchange 2010 Management Tools by running the setup again. The frigging Management Tools check box is greyed out. What the???
Do not freak out. There is a simple solution. You can smile in a minute and go get another .
1. Open Command Prompt in Elevated mode (Right click and Run-as Administrator).
2. Change your directory to C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\Bin
3. Type Setup.com /m:uninstall /roles:MT and Press Enter. (/m for mode, role is Management Tool (MT))
