If you try to create a new Outlook profile for a Exchange mailbox and you get “Name Could Not be Matched to a Name in the Address List”, there could be an easy answer.
The error message explains to you that target mailbox is not listed in Global Address List. That means you may have checked the box for Hide from Address Lists in Mailbox properties.
To create the Outlook mail profiles, you need to clear the check box for Hide from address lists in Mailbox properties in Exchange web console. You can hide the mailbox from address list after you created the Outlook profile.
