Blank Page or Error appears in Internet Explorer instead of the web page

The other day I am trying to go to http://support.microsoft.com (Great Job Microsoft! great improvement and nice pleasing design) from my office network, I get the following page. It looks like networking problem.

Well, it turn out to be it’s not networking issue. When I try from my Home machine, web page appears with no issues. I thought something wrong with my office proxy server.

After I do some research I found new HTTP compression is not supported with the IE setting "Use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections".  Support.microsoft.com webpage displayed after I turn off this option.
